Clear & peaceful. 1st floor on courtyard. 1 bedroom (double-bed) & 3 individual beds in the living-room, 1 bathroom with shower & 1 separate wc. Perfect for 4.
Checking In
After receiving your deposit, I will confirme your booking and I will give you an appointment directly at your apartment at the time you expect to arrive.
The checking-in is usually made between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. but I'm flexible if the flat is available.
(A check-in and/or check-out after 8:00 p.m. all week, on Sundays or bank-free holidays all day, can be charged with an extra-fee depending on apartment availability).
I will welcome you personally directly the day of your arrival at the apartment.
We'll make together a quick handover inspection, I'll explain everything you need to know about the apartment and I'll give you a lot of tips about the area (supermarkets, restaurants, etc...) and maps and touristic brochures.
You'll have 2 keys.
You will pay the final payment in cash, as well as the deposit.
Checking Out
The usual checking out is between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. but we can adapt according to your constraints. If you have a late departure and if the flat is not required, it will be possible to leave your luggage in it until your departure. I will meet you personally on departure to give you back your deposit.
We'll make together the handover inspection and you'll give me back the 2 keys.
When you are leaving early, I can arrange for a reliable taxi company or airport shuttle ( cheaper) to pick you up at your door and take you to the airport or train station. (I charge 5€ for that service).
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes the apartment is provided with complete set of bed sheets, towels and linen.
Is the flat absolutely non smoking flat?
Yes, sorry, it is for non smokers only.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation before 90 days I refund you all the down-payment; from 89 days before I keep the whole deposit.
Are there additional "hidden" costs on top of the rental rates?
Please be aware that if you loose a key, I have to charge 20€.
There are no hidden charges, no charge for electricity until the energy-consuming doesn't exceed the following:
-from the 5th day, if the consuming exceeds 30€,
-from the 7th day if the consuming exceeds 40€,
-from the 10th day if the consuming exceeds 60€,
then, I'll charge the kilowatt-hour at the real price.
